Discovering New Paths was founded by Dr. Edna Powell, a licensed Social Worker with a wealth of knowledge in Mental Health and Addiction Services. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Counseling at the University of Cincinnati, as well as her Master's Degree. Dr. Powell has also earned her Doctorate in Human and Social Services. Dr. P

Dr. Powell has been successful in initiating and establishing other social service businesses. She has also assisted in establishing social service business in other states. Dr. Powell also works as a consultant for profit and non-profit agencies.

We provide personalized service in a confidential and caring environment. We serve children, youth and adults, as well as couples and families. We accept Medicaid, Cash and all Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).
